April Meeting Minutes
Hi,
We met on April 29 and covered the 1st item on the prioritized list of topics - Introduction to Six Sigma, CMM and CMMI.
Nahid Oloumi provided a detailed overview of Six Sigma and the salient features of CMM and CMMI. She also presented an excellent overview which is outlined the slides attached.

Please send me any topic you would like to talk about in our next session. Currently the session with the highest number of votes is - Differences in CMM / CMMi and Agile; Why do we pick 1 or the other; If the team is doing Agile how do we show compliance to CMM, CMMi certificates. This will form the topic of our discussion for the May meeting.
The next meeting is to take place on Wednesday May 20, 2009 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the ThoughtWorks Office at 1515 Broadway. Please RSVP to be added the building visitor list.
